12 noon and the first draught pint of Queen Ethelburga’s Ale was served in the Coach and Horses.
QEA is what you might call a traditional ale, quite malty but with a Kentish twist given by East Kent Goldings Hops which are distinctive to our part of Kent. At 3.8% it is a good quaffable beer, not too strong but with plenty of flavour. At £3.50, what’s not to like? It’s only available at the Coach and Horses, Lyminge, and only for as long as stocks last. So get on down there and try some.
Thanks Rob,Long way to come from Suffolk for a pint!!!Sue
